To achieve this, we need to triple the sales team while increasing productivity, and therefore the ARR signed per account executive. Your mission At the end of your first year, you will have built a system in which our SDRs spend zero time on bad leads and 100% of their time on high-intent, well-qualified, properly enriched prospects. You own the GTM infrastructure end-to-end. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Data. You report to the Head of RevOps, your main "client" is the Sales team. This is an A to Z hands-on role. You define the strategy, build the workflows, run them, iterate. Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Qualification Design and maintain automated lead sourcing workflows (Clay, Apollo, Pharow, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Build enrichment pipelines: firmographics, intent signals, tech stack, hiring activity Define ICP scoring models and qualification criteria Reduce SDR time spent on prospecting, give them lists they can act on immediately GTM Tooling & Automation Own the outbound stack: sequencing tools, enrichment tools, data providers Build and maintain integrations between tools (CRM, enrichment, outreach, tracking) Automate manual tasks: list building, data deduplication, routing, assignment Ensure data flows cleanly from source to CRM (Attio) CRM & Data Hygiene Keep the pipeline clean: right stages, right fields, right owners Instrument touchpoints (emails, calls, LinkedIn, demos) in the CRM Monitor data completeness; kill dead weight in the funnel GTM Analytics Build dashboards on pipeline quality (source, stage conversion, cycle length) Track SDR performance vs. list quality, surface the correlation Identify funnel leaks and fix them What this is NOT Not a pure ops role, you build things that run without you Not a data analyst role, dashboards serve decisions, not decoration Not a "manage the CRM" role, you redesign how it works Expected outcomes 1 month Full audit of the current outbound stack and lead sources Map the SDR workflow end-to-end: where is time wasted, where does quality drop First enrichment pipeline running in production 3 months Fully automated ICP-qualified lead lists delivered to SDRs weekly Enrichment coverage >80% on key signals (industry, headcount, tech stack, intent) Outbound stack rationalized and documented Pipeline dashboards live and trusted 6-12 months GTM infrastructure that scales without adding headcount SDRs spending Measurable improvement in SQL rate and pipeline coverage Company ready to scale outbound x3 with the same tooling This role is for you if 2-6 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, Growth Ops in a SaaS / startup that scaled Very strong with tools and wants to build from the ground up (CRM, spreadsheets, automation) Structured thinker, you prioritize your task according to the impact on your yearly mission : scale sales and attain 10M in ARR. You're structured, pragmatic, and execution-driven You're comfortable working directly with founders You care about data, but even more about things actually working Fluent in French, Professional English Benefits Equity (BSPCE) Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with ~8–12 RTT days per year (depending on the year's public holidays).
