Nutrition Substitutes Wanted

Qualified Staffing is now hiring for Nutrition Subs for Cartersville City Schools for the 26'-27' school year! In this position, you will be part of a lively team of food enthusiasts, preparing and serving healthy meals for the children in your community. As a Nutrition Substitute, you'll never have to worry about missing dinner, a holiday, or a weekend sporting event again. This position has a flexible schedule, you choose the days you want to work! Nutrition Subs are responsible for preparing, serving, and conducting post-meal period clean-up after both breakfast and lunch periods. Training is provided!

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check and drug screen
• Must be able to be on feet for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous food service experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prep, cook, and serve meals to the students
• Assist with washing dishes and cleaning kitchen
• Unload and organize supply after delivery

Pay starts at $14.37/hr. The new school year starts August 5, 2026!
