Gpac is working with a well-respected Ag operation that is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Farm Equipment Operator/Technician. Excellent communication skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 3 years Farm Operations experience, but the company is willing to train the right candidate. This company offers very competitive pay and benefits.

Farm Equipment Operator/Technician Responsibilities:

• Farm Equipment Operation including tractors, combines, and custom applicating equipment
• Ensure maintenance and repairs on equipment is done timely and accurately
• Operate tractor-trailer to haul grain & chemical

Farm Equipment Operator/Technician Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED required
• 3+ years Farm Equipment Operation preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
