Shifts Available:
- Full-Time
- Day Shift 7am to 3:30pm
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- HS Diploma or GED required OR 5 years of relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification.
- Flexible schedule depending on departmental needs
- Able to work with children.
- Candidates who are hired will be required to successfully pass the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) required suitability background check.
- Follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets while recording daily food preparation amounts and usages to include special diets.
- Prepare hot and cold food working with a basic standardized recipe system.
- Record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures.
- Assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
