Director of Sales

Director of Sales | Job ID: 90013 | Location: Orlando, Florida What you will be doing: Lead, manage, and continue building the Florida sales organization. Recruit, onboard, coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals. Establish sales goals, expectations, territories, and performance standards. Conduct ongoing performance management and hold team members accountable to established goals. Develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue and expand market share throughout Florida. Coach sales representatives on prospecting, account development, relationship management, and closing strategies. Help identify and pursue strategic commercial roofing opportunities and key accounts. Build relationships with property owners, facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and other commercial decision-makers. Partner with estimating, operations, service, and leadership teams to ensure opportunities are properly qualified and transitioned. Track sales activity, pipeline development, forecasting, and team performance. Identify opportunities to expand the sales organization as the Florida business grows. Serve as a visible sales leader who can both develop the team and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization. What you must have: At least 5 years experience incommercial roofing sales and business development. Previous experiencemanaging and developing a sales team. Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and hold sales professionals accountable. Track record of developing new business and growing commercial accounts. Strong understanding of the commercial roofing sales cycle./ul> Experience developing sales strategy, managing pipelines, and forecasting revenue. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively across sales, estimating, operations, and executive leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help build and shape a growing sales organization.
