Job-Shift: Hybrid Schedule with time ranging from 9AM-4PM.

Level II: 2-5 Years of Experience.

Responsibilities:

• The program assistant II will support the daily operations of ***** demand response programs which pay customers an incentive for conserving energy on hot days when conservation is needed most.
• This role serves as a primary point of contact for program participants responding to customer inquiries and providing administrative support to participating aggregators throughout the customer enrollment process.
• The Program Assistant II is responsible for identifying and documenting system issues preparing detailed incident tickets and coordinating with Information Technology (IT) teams to facilitate timely resolution.
• The program assistant II will respond to inquires from program participants and assist participating aggregators with customer enrollments.
• The program assistant will write up tickets and submit them to IT when a system is not working properly.
• The program assistant will also maintain up to date program procedures and assist with general program reporting.
• The program assistant will update program databases and spreadsheets and should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Education:

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Supplier to provide laptop
