Location: Remote/Canada (EST)
Duration: 6-12+ Months
Job Description:
- Work closely with business teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
- Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a plan
- Collaborate with technical team for automation delivery and process optimization
- Assist the team by providing functional insights of the process under development
- Updating to stakeholders and other team members during project delivery
- Review QA reports, test cases
- Facilitate UAT and deployment
- Tracking project lifecycle and health with stakeholders
- Expertise in Excel/PowerBI
