Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate to join its Irvine, California office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law, including substantial experience with wage and hour, PAGA, and class action cases. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California and possess excellent academic credentials and outstanding writing skills. Duties Handle complex labor and employment law cases. Provide legal counsel on wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters. Draft and review legal documents with precision. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience. Licensed to practice law in California. Strong academic credentials. Excellent writing skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications California State Bar license. Skills Proficient in legal research and analysis.
