Role Overview The Revit Modeler is responsible for modeling and drafting construction submittals for a variety of product lines including Division 10 Specialties and Division 12 Casework and Tops. They will work with a variety of internal teams to create detailed and accurate shop drawings from architectural drawings and cost estimates. Responsibilities Review and interpret architectural drawings to generate shop drawings for various project types and sizes. Complete shop drawings in a timely manner and according to our company standards. Manage information, maintain notes, documentation and make sure your questions are answered when needed utilizing our proprietary software. Competent working remotely in a deadline‑driven environment requiring independent time management. Independently solve problems in close coordination with members of the project team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Revit as a modeling and data management tool. 3–5 years’ experience. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office programs. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field is a plus. Salary Description $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr NYCOM
