Pay: $25–$35 per hour

As our Advanced Multi Craft Maintenance Technician, you'll repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install equipment across an automated processing facility — keeping operations running safely and reliably.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and keep accurate records
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs
• Maintain motors, belts, boilers, and the wastewater pretreatment system; weld and fabricate as needed
• Lubricate and service shafts, bearings, gears, and other components
• Assist with emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards; collaborate across departments

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical background troubleshooting industrial equipment — boilers, hydraulics/pneumatics, electrical, PLCs
• Basic computer skills and ability to read technical literature
• Flexible schedule; ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand up to 7 hrs/shift
