Job Description:

As an Assembler you contribute to the manufacturing of quality birdhouses in Peebles, Ohio. You will construct and assemble birdhouses using hand and power tools, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and assemble birdhouses using various hand and power tools
• Maintain adherence to company safety regulations and procedures
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and kneeling

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Exceptional attendance and a positive attitude
• Prior experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $14.50, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
