ABOVE-MARKET COMPENSATION PACKAGE•90th %ile compensation plan - without the uncertainty that comes with relying on production for 100% of your income
•Guaranteed ongoing base salary
•40k signing bonus
•Medical Director stipend
•APP supervision stipend
•Optional ED Shifts - 1 Day/Month and 1 Weekend/Month Puts Another 144k in Your Pocket! Most nights there are no calls and ED volume is anywhere from 30-60 patients per month with "60 being a busy month!"
•2k per month resident stipend BALANCED LIFESTYLE

•4-day workweek and rolling 4-day weekends with intentional rotating schedule
