Responsibilities Deliver a high-touch athlete experience by guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise. Build strong connections, drive engagement, and help create a seamless and memorable end-to-end shopping journey. Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience with helpful product knowledge and customer service. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards. Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment). Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with applicable laws and external guidelines (including ATF requirements). Create an inclusive store environment where everyone–Teammates and Athletes–feels welcome and respected. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Virtual Requirements To protect the integrity of our hiring process, candidates should not use AI tools during interviews or assessments. Starting pay may vary based on location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
