Role: Kinaxis Senior Lead (7-15 years of experience)
  • Lead Kinaxis AMS (Application Management Services) and development activities
  • Act as technical architect for Kinaxis solutions
  • Manage and guide development and support teams
  • Handle client communication and requirement gathering
  • Drive implementation of demand and supply planning solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices
  • Support strategic supply chain planning initiatives

Responsibilities:
  • Lead AMS and development teams for smooth service delivery
  • Design and develop solutions in Kinaxis RapidResponse platform
  • Configure planning workbooks, custom fields, and business logic
  • Manage demand and supply planning modules
  • Work on advanced modules like Demand.ai and MEIO
  • Act as primary technical contact for clients
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Maintain system performance and stability
  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards

Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts (Demand, Supply, S&OP)
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Core Skills:
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse platform expertise
  • Concurrent planning knowledge
  • Configuration of planning workbooks and custom logic
  • Kinaxis data model understanding
  • Data integration with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle
  • Security administration in Kinaxis
  • Knowledge of Demand.ai, Wahupa, or MEIO
