Senior Business Immigration Associate Attorney

Overview Develop an expert-level understanding of the client base, the industries supported, and Fragomen's immigration practice areas and services. Independently oversee and manage assignments as a senior client team member, requiring minimal supervision. Research complex technical immigration issues, utilize legal precedents to develop creative solutions, and independently execute case preparation, filing, and strategy for complex matters. Manage client relationships, including proactive communication with key stakeholders and participation in client meetings, briefings, and workshops. Supervise, mentor, coach, and manage the performance of junior associates and other staff. Contribute to business development through identifying cross-selling opportunities, billing for out-of-scope services, and participating in marketing efforts, while also identifying and implementing process improvements.
