What You'll Do

• Assemble cable products and wire harnesses using hand tools
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work with small wires, connectors, and components

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to train on 1st shift for 3-6 weeks before moving to evenings

Schedule

Training Schedule (3-6 Weeks):

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule After Training:

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
