Asian American Architects/Engineers Association Kitchell CEM - Project & Construction Managers all levels, Schedulers and Estimators Project & Construction Managers all levels, Schedulers and Estimators Job Details: Job Location Job Status Full-Time Job Description / Primary Objective Our SoCal openings include: Project Scheduler Estimator of all Levels Project & Construction Managers of all Levels K-12 and CCD Education Experience Healthcare (HCAI) Experience Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a closely related field is required (Experience may substitute for education) 5-15 years of experience in Management of multiple construction projects; experience within a large Capital Improvement program and familiarity with relevant Public Codes is required Preferred experience includes: 2-7 years of experience in Educational Facility Construction Experience in alternative delivery method Experience with using a web-based project management system such as Proliance Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) Experience in Formal Construction Partnering Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes or similar Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include master planning, design and closeout is needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Aaae
