Overview
Our client is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a well-established autism therapy clinic in Clinton Township, Michigan focused on helping children and families achieve meaningful long-term progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
This is not a production-driven clinic focused on high caseload turnover. It is a supportive, child-centered environment where clinical quality, collaboration, and family impact are prioritized.
Every treatment plan, parent coaching session, and behavioral strategy you create has the opportunity to positively influence a child’s communication, independence, and confidence.

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in Michigan (or eligibility)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and behavioral therapy staff
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies
- Maintain documentation and insurance compliance requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
