Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Licensure in Texas or ability to obtain licensure. Qualifications Experience in a veterinary setting preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities Collaborate frequently with clinic staff and ensure quality care for every client. Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000, dependent on experience and other qualifications Emancipet measures quality using the six domains of quality medicine: Safety, Efficacy, Efficiency, Patient‑Centeredness, Equity, and Timeliness. The Staff Veterinarian will be responsible for providing care in alignment with these domains and Emancipet’s standard operating procedures.
