Occupational Therapist (OT) - Acute Care

Certified Nursing Assistant – Geriatrics

Schedule: Day, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of residents.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Support residents' daily living activities to enhance their quality of life.
