Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical support to the production teams, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a team-oriented environment.
Compensation Package

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Work Environment: Fully in-office position

Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to various production teams within the office
Assist with print jobs, proposal binder preparation, and ordering loss runs
Support application input into the Agency Management System (AMS360)
Conduct Workers' Compensation rating and other related tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency

Qualifications/Requirements

Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is required
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work full-time in the office
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
