Job Description Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
Job Summary Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical support to the production teams, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations. Job Summary Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical support to the production teams, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Environment: Fully in-office position
- Training: A structured training period will be provided to ensure your success in the role

- Provide clerical support to various production teams within the office
- Assist with print jobs, proposal binder preparation, and ordering loss runs
- Support application input into the Agency Management System (AMS360)
- Conduct Workers' Compensation rating and other related tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is required
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Other Requirements:
- Availability to work full-time in the office
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
