Hourly Rate Hourly rate ranges from $16.80 - $17.05 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits Oregon Paid Sick Time Set‑up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs End of Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications Brand Spirit Halloween Responsibilities Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards. Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 16. Physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
