Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Support daily operations by coordinating materials, schedules, and resources Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of supplies and materials Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Communicate updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams What Are We Looking For Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer systems and operational tools Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
