Our apartment building offers concierge services for some tasks, but we need someone who can help us with everything elsefrom keeping the home organized and tidy to ensuring the kids are well taken care of after school. Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented who can jump right in and take ownership of keeping our home running like a well-oiled machine. You masterfully create systems that allow us to focus on what we love, like spending time with the kids or enjoying a quiet evening together. Your ability to anticipate needs before they arise will be keywhether it's organizing and labeling or prepping school lunches, you'll be ready to tackle it all without being prompted.

We need someone with a project manager mentality, able to handle everything from laundry to meal prep, all while maintaining a positive, calm, and friendly energy in the home. You'll be patient and kind with the kids, engaging them in a way that is both fun and educational. A background in teaching, child development, or similar areas where patience and thoughtfulness are key would be a huge bonus. You'll bring your professional services mindset to the table, helping us streamline our home, and creating an environment where we can focus on family time, not logistics. Key Responsibilities

Household Organization & Maintenance

• Create and maintain organization systems across closets, pantry, storage, and shared spaces
• Implement kid-friendly systems that encourage independence and participation
• Reset and tidy rooms daily; prepare home for cleaning services
• Manage seasonal clothing swaps and maintain children's clothing inventory
• Coordinate donations and organize household transitions
• Support packing and preparation for travel or activities
• Light plant care and general household upkeep

Meal Planning & Preparation

• Plan and prepare healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks (whole foods)
• Prepare school lunches 23 times per week
• Cook dinner 23 times per week when children are home
• Support meal planning for the week, including light prep for upcoming days
• Follow guidance by nutritionist to ensure nutrition-focused meals and family preferences
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization after meal prep

Inventory & Errands

• Track and restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Manage household shopping lists and place orders (Amazon, groceries, etc.)
• Run errands including groceries, returns, and general household needs
• Handle packages and deliveries as needed

Laundry & Linens

• Fold and organize family laundry (client will handle washing).
• Iron linens as needed and manage the family's laundry inventory.
• Coordinate clothing needs across two households (monitoring sizes, replacements, etc.).

Family Support

• Provide light supervision, playtime, and backup childcare as needed.
• Occasionally assist with school pickups and drop-offs (children typically take the bus).
• Organize backpacks, clothing, and snacks for school activities.
• Help maintain awareness of schedules and upcoming needs.

Vehicle Upkeep

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the family vehicle as needed
• Support scheduling of maintenance when requested

Deep Cleaning & Special Projects

• Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects (fridge, organization resets, etc.)
• Lead organizational projects such as toy systems and rotation, storage updates, and seasonal transitions, gear maintenance (skiing)

Administrative & Personal Assistant Support

• Occasional help with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics
• Awareness of and access to family calendars and reminders
• Sorting through mail and flagging important items
