Production Maintenance Technician III AWS Nights

Amentum is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waukesha, WI. Typical hours are an AWS night shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with overtime and shift variation based on business needs. Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour. Responsibilities Respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and provide preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial manufacturing systems including pumps, motors, PLCs, CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems. Communicate effectively with the team and customers to understand and solve complex electrical and mechanical problems. Identify and correct safety-related issues and perform independent equipment evaluations to predict potential failures. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment. Perform quality control checks on products. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. Operate various production machines and tools. Maintain accurate records of production processes and results. Minimum Requirements Three to five years of experience performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work in an aerial or scissor lift up to 30feet or higher. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting industrial equipment such as pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers, and other related machinery. Preferred Qualifications Five years of experience performing maintenance on industrial manufacturing production equipment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
