As the company continues to grow, the Sales Manager at Universal Truck Service leads new truck, trailer, and equipment sales performance while developing the team and expanding market share.Universal Truck Service was founded on the belief that great service and quality are not a thing of the past.A Day in the LifeAs Sales Manager at Universal Truck Service, no two days look exactly the same. You might start your morning reviewing the pipeline and sitting down with a rep for a deal review, then spend the afternoon meeting with a key fleet customer or working through inventory planning. You will align with OEM partners like Hyundai and Autocar, collaborate with service, parts, and finance leadership, and present sales performance updates to senior management. The Sales Manager at Universal Truck Service is both a strategic leader and a hands-on driver of results.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop the commercial truck and equipment sales team to hit volume, margin, and market share targetsDrive pipeline management, forecasting, and execution across all sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with fleet, vocational, and construction customersOversee new truck, trailer, and Hyundai equipment inventory ordering and allocationServe as primary point of contact for OEM partners including Autocar and HyundaiMonitor sales metrics and conduct regular performance coaching and deal reviewsPartner with service, parts, finance, and leasing teams for seamless customer experiencesScheduleFull -time.
