This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and research leadership to attract and hire top‑tier talent supporting groundbreaking research initiatives. Position Description: The Recruiter will lead full‑cycle recruitment for research‑focused roles (including Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, Research Scientists, and Lab Technicians), develop targeted recruiting strategies, and manage the end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle while providing market insights to stakeholders.
