Director of Patient Services

We are seeking a dynamic leader to ensure clinical excellence and compliance within our home care services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations strategically, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the nursing team, promoting a culture focused on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with operational leadership to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; a Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in home care or a comparable healthcare environment.
- In-depth understanding of state regulations for home care services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, regulatory-focused setting.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $150,000–$175,000
