Press Operators

Responsibilities Performs press operations in accordance with Operation Standards and Work Instructions. Detects and reports defective materials to supervisor. Operates Fanuc robots. Conducts press operation safety checks on prescribed intervals. May perform minor maintenance and machine adjustments. Records production data in the system. Performs general clean-up and organization of work area (SCORE- Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency). Other duties as assigned to maintain production. Qualifications: Follows all safety requirements of the company – PPE, (hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc. Able to safely and efficiently operate a forklift by passing forklift training class and obtaining license. Able to read and understand operation standards, job instructions and product labels. Regularly required to lift up to 10 lbs Able to handle multiple tasks and meet production quotas. Willing and available to work overtime, as needed, including weekends Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
