Site Superintendent

As a Site Superintendent, you will direct field activity, lead subcontractors, and maintain safe, organized, and productive job sites. Key Responsibilities Leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors Managing daily logs and maintaining the project schedule Reviewing plans, specs, shop drawings, and scopes Running subcontractor meetings Coordinating inspections and safety compliance Conducting site orientations Monitoring quality and resolving field issues Overseeing punch lists, training, and job turnovers Ideal Qualifications Initiative, drive and transparency 5+ years commercial construction experience Strong communication and leadership skills OSHA training Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience supervising teams and projects Ability to travel when needed Benefits Employer-paid Health and Dental Insurance Vacation and Holiday Pay Company Profit Sharing Program Opportunities for advancement Note Responsibilities and qualifications reflect the core of the role.
