Job Title: Mental Health Therapist – Outpatient Program

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Taylorsville)

Schedule: Full-Time

• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Two additional weekdays determined at hire

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience, shift differential, and licensure)

About the Opportunity

Join an established behavioral health organization providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery and treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold professional boundaries, ethical standards, and organizational policies while delivering high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Current Utah licensure as one of the following:
  • CSWi
  • CSW
  • LCSW
  • ACMHC
  • CMHC
  • MFTi
  • AMFT
  • LMFT
• Experience working with a wide range of mental health and behavioral health concerns.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
