Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general carpentry-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks to keep equipment and facilities operating properly.
• Accurately document repairs, maintenance activities, and completed work orders within company software.
• Track parts, materials, and supplies used during repair and replacement projects.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine effective repair solutions.
• Work independently to complete assigned projects and service requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional facility maintenance projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and general carpentry principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

What's the Job?

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks independently, following manufacturer specifications and work order instructions.
• Document all repairs and service activities accurately within work order management software.
• Track parts and materials used during repairs to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold, while maintaining safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general carpentry skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and perform repairs efficiently.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with work order software.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
