Pay: $55/hour + Incentives

Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available | Part-Time & Per Diem

RN Visit Rates: IV/Infusion Visits - $125 per case | Wound Care Visits - $125 per case

Position Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver skilled, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions
• Manage specialized equipment, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate and support families regarding care plans and treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases within NYC

Available Schedules

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts

Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available, with expected hours ranging from 16-40 hours per week.
