Responsibilities:Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate tax services including: planning, research, compliance, provision work, and mergers and acquisitions activitiesWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience to clientsPrepare tax returns for a variety of clients including: corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and LLPsQualifications:Aminimum of one year of experience in accounting, tax or finance preferably inan accounting firm, corporation, or law firmBachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/universityKnowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries preferredExcellent research and writing skillsKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
