Service Center Lead — Bike Shop Ops & Hospitality

Trek Store Berkeley is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store’s Service Center and own decisions on workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure the best customer experience. You will be the primary service advisor, uniting sales and service while guiding your team to excellence.
