Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager

The Elevance Health Companies, Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager I to provide telephonic care management for members with complex health needs. This is a full-time remote role based in Georgia, with a work schedule that includes shifts from 11:00am to 7:30pm and one 8:30am to 5pm shift weekly. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a health-related field, an unrestricted RN license from Georgia, and at least three years of clinical experience.
