HR Recruiter
Type: Contract Location: Norristown, PA Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid, onsite 1-2 days per week Start Date: May/June 2026
We are seeking an HR Consultant – Recruitment to support the Human Resources team across all stages of the hiring lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining accurate systems and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the organization, from requisition through hire.
- Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with open roles.
- Create and maintain job requisitions within the applicant tracking system.
- Document interview notes and feedback within the applicant tracking system.
- Handle a high volume of applicants while maintaining organization and responsiveness.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging travel when required.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain interview documentation and filing systems, including periodic onsite document management.
- Promote open positions across various platforms, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and communication skills.
- Ensure job postings are accurately created, updated, and removed from internal and external systems.
- Respond to general recruitment-related inquiries from candidates and employees.
- Track candidate communications, interview schedules, and recruitment activity data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to support staffing initiatives.
- Stay informed on and apply I-9 compliance requirements and related processes.
- Update and maintain weekly staffing and recruitment reports.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions as needed.
- Support immigration-related processes by coordinating with external counsel and ensuring proper documentation for new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate recruitment
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
