Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical ICU unit in San Antonio. The role entails providing high-quality care to patients within the ICU setting, adhering to established clinical protocols and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in the SICU environment
Float to different units as required
Perform procedures including chest tubes, tracks, GI scopes, intubations, central lines, and more

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience
Active TX RN License
ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification
Strong critical thinking skills
