Geriatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)

Extended Care Specialists

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver recovery-oriented rehabilitation in skilled nursing and assisted living settings. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess residents, develop treatment plans, and provide individual or group psychotherapy.

Compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines is required, with documentation within 48 hours. The position emphasizes collaboration with facility staff and ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality care for
