Registered Nurse (RN) | Bakersfield, CA

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards of care

• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge care

• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to nursing and ancillary staff

• Promote patient safety and maintain a healing, compassionate environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license required

• Acute care nursing experience preferred

• BSN preferred

• Current BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
