Details for?Quality Technician Position: $17.25 / HourTrain on 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM), then transition to 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM)Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Insurance Options Exposure to Noise and Varying Temperatures? Job Duties for?Quality Technician?Position: Inspect glass products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality using measuring toolsMonitor production processes and identify or report quality issuesVerify products meet customer specifications and company standardsDocument inspection results and maintain accurate quality recordsCommunicate quality concerns with supervisors and production teamsFollow safety procedures and company policies at all timesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and processesPerform additional duties as assignedFollow all policies and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed ? Qualifications and Desired Skills for?Quality Technician?Position: High school diploma or equivalent Glass manufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to read and use calipers accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable with consistent attendanceQuick learner with ability to adapt to new processesStrong communication and organizational skillsBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to stand for duration of shift Ability to?lift up?to 50?lbs Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach ?
