Med/Surg Clinical Manager — Lead Nursing & Staffing
University-Medical-Center-of-Southern-Nevada
University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee one or more clinical units. This role involves determining staffing levels, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least five years of clinical experience, along with strong supervisory skills.
