• This is a commission only role, with weekly activity bonuses (all paid as a 1099) - and overrides on team volume in addition to sales revenue on deals.

You will lead a team that:
- Generates Leads by engaging homeowners through D2D canvassing and kiosk/retail home improvement store canvassing.
- Educates Customers about the benefits of solar energy and create customized solutions for their needs.
- Drives Sales by delivering compelling presentations and closing deals.
- Collaborates with Our Team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
