Claims Team Lead

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time remote Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims for clients, provide training and technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements. Key responsibilities Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff while delegating duties as needed Identifies trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and process improvements Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper documentation and coding of claims Required qualifications Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years in a supervisory role Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong leadership/management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
