10 Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily club operations, member services, and staff leadership. In this role, you will help manage front desk and sales activities, oversee facility cleanliness and safety, and ensure an exceptional member experience. You’ll coach and schedule team members, assist with membership sales and promotions, and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally. Working closely with the Club Manager, you’ll monitor performance metrics, support community events, and promote 10 Fitness’s culture of wellness, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
