Requirements:

• Assembly or factory experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Dependable, steady, and punctual
• Comfortable working with your hands and tools
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Respect for safety and teamwork
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Job Duties:

• Assemble components into finished goods
• Operate tools and equipment with skill
• Inspect products to meet quality standards
• Package, label, and prep items for shipping
• Work alongside your crew to hit goals
• Keep your space clean and safe
