Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets, you will play a key role across treasury, capital planning, earnings preparation, investor relations, board reporting, debt compliance, and annual business planning.This role offers broad exposure to the financial operations and strategic decision-making of a publicly traded real estate company. If you are looking for a role that offers meaningful responsibility, executive exposure, and a clear path for professional growth, this is an exceptional opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in corporate finance.What You'll Do:Treasury FunctionsManage daily treasury operations, including bank accounts, cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, forecasting, wire transfers, and cash reporting.Support cash flow projections, funding analyses, and capital markets activities.Earnings Call & Public Company ReportingSupport quarterly earnings call preparation, including financial analyses, market and peer data, supporting schedules, and presentation materials.Assist with earnings call remarks and coordinate information across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Market Research.Joint Venture ReportingPrepare and distribute monthly and quarterly JV reporting packages and coordinate required financial and operational information.Annual Business PlanningAssist with preparation and coordination of the Company's annual business plan.Debt Compliance & Financial ReportingPrepare covenant compliance packages, lender reporting, and secured debt reporting requirements.Compile financial data, maintain reporting models, and coordinate loan reporting submissions.Investor Relations & Board ReportingSupport investor presentations, conferences, meetings, and other investor-facing events.Assist with Board reports, presentations, and supporting materials.Banking AdministrationManage bank account administration, banking documentation, and banking platform access, security, and user permissions.Systems & DocumentationMaintain treasury, reporting, investor, Board, and earnings-call materials, financial models, and documentation in SharePoint and other shared repositories.Other duties as assignedWhat Success Looks LikeIn your first year, you will: Become a trusted resource within the Finance organization, known for delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality work across a broad range of corporate finance activities.Develop a deep understanding of Kilroy's capital structure, liquidity position, banking relationships, debt portfolio, and key business drivers.Successfully assume ownership of daily treasury operations, including cash reporting, wire processing, bank account administration, and banking platform management.Provide reliable cash reporting and support liquidity forecasting and funding analyses that contribute to informed business and capital allocation decisions.Become proficient in debt compliance and lender reporting, consistently delivering accurate covenant packages and reporting requirements on schedule.Play a meaningful role in quarterly earnings preparation, helping coordinate supporting analyses, reporting schedules, and investor-facing materials.Contribute to Board materials, investor presentations, annual business planning, and joint venture reporting that support executive leadership and key stakeholders.Build strong relationships across Finance, Accounting, Asset Management, Market Research, and other business functions, becoming a dependable partner for cross-functional initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, documentation, and file management practices, increasing efficiency, consistency, and business continuity.Demonstrate the judgment, business acumen, and technical capability to take on increasingly complex assignments and grow your career within Kilroy's Finance organization.What You BringRequired:3+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., Finance, FP&A, Big 4 accounting, Banking, etc.)Ability to multi-task and willing to embrace job duties across all corporate finance functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Knowledge of office real estate, lease structures or development would be helpfulKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles preferredSkilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong communication and presentation skillsPolished and professional demeanor; must be capable of working with various teams across the organization, including accounting and asset management.What we offerAt Kilroy, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $140,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, experience and training, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
