This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to work across multiple maintenance disciplines./pp2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 2:45 PM 11:15 PM, $25.32/hr./pp3rd Shift: MondayThursday, 10:45 PM 7:15 AM, $26.32/hr./ppPerform maintenance, repairs, and installations on production equipment./ppTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems./ppDismantle equipment, identify defective parts, and complete repairs or replacements./ppOperate shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, band saws, and welding tools./ppMaintain and improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance practices./ppOperate forklifts and hydraulic lifts as needed./ppResearch and source parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance tasks./ppMaintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentation./ppAssist with inventory tracking of maintenance parts./ppFollow all safety, health, and environmental policies./ppMaintain a clean and organized work area./ppSupport continuous improvement initiatives./ppPerform other duties as assigned./ppEducation: Willing to train; no formal education required./ppExperience Preferred (5+ years in): Manufacturing maintenance, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting and repair, mechanical systems, industrial operations, process improvement and problem-solving./ppStrong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity./ppAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex equipment issues./ppTime management and organizational skills./ppAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment./ppSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail./ppBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP./ppStrong reading comprehension and problem-solving skills./ppFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 55 lbs; moving heavier items with equipment)./ppAbility to work in a loud manufacturing environment./ppExposure to heat, humidity, moving machinery, and airborne particles./ppOccasional exposure to heights, outdoor conditions, and hazardous materials./ppRequired use of PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, gloves, and other equipment as needed./p/div
