We're an established State Farm agency looking for a motivated, personable Account Representative to join our team. You'll help current and prospective customers with their insurance needs while building relationships and growing our business.

You'll receive training, a steady flow of opportunities, and support from an experienced team. If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable with sales, and want to grow professionally, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email
• Identify customer needs, provide quotes, and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up with leads and make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims
• Build strong customer relationships while working toward individual and team sales goals
• Base pay $25–$32/hour
• Commission & bonuses Monthly incentives based on production and goal achievement
• Expected total compensation $70,000–$100,000+
• Paid PTO and holidays
