- Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and developing unique treatment plans
- Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions alone or in collaboration with physician partners (as per your credentials)
- Offering guidance to patients and their families about wellness, disease prevention, and management
- Prescribing necessary medications and treatment modalities within the parameters of your practice
- Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic condition management
- Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation in EMRs
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificates (or willingness to obtain within three months)
- A solid blend of clinical expertise and compassionate patient relations
- Strong communication abilities tailored for interactions with patients, their families, and medical teams
- Ability to adapt within dynamic, patient-centric settings
- Expertise in EMR systems and familiarity with telehealth technology
